## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Data Platform-, Data Engineering- oder Data & AI-Transformationen

## Description

Unser AI & Data-Team, als Teil der Consulting, unter der Leitung von Susanne Zach unterstützt Unternehmen bei datengetriebenen Transformationen, von der Plattformstrategie bis zur Umsetzung von AI-Use-Cases. Das 11-köpfige Data Team begleitet Kund:innen beim Etablieren moderner Datenplattformen, von der Datenstrategie über Cloud-Architekturen, Data Operating Models, AI-ready Data Foundations bis hin zur Umsetzung von Konkreten Usecases., * Entwicklung von Data-Plattform-Strategien, Zielarchitekturen und Transformations-Roadmaps

 * Leitung komplexer Data- und AI-Transformationsprogramme von der Strategie bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung
 * Design moderner Datenplattformen und skalierbarer Cloud-Architekturen mit Technologien wie Microsoft Fabric, Azure und Databricks
 * Steuerung von Implementierungen, Migrationen und der Integration komplexer Datenlandschaften
 * Durchführung von Executive Workshops, Kund:innenpräsentationen sowie Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen auf Management- und C-Level
 * Weiterentwicklung des EY Data Platform & AI Offerings sowie Führung und Entwicklung von Projektteams
