## About the Role

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im ERP Umfeld sowie technisches Verständnis für ERP Prozesse und grundlegende Datenbankkenntnisse
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit ERP Systemen - idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM (z. B. als Key User oder Consultant)

## Description

* Mitarbeit beim Rollout und der laufenden Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Dynamics 365
 * Konzeption, Testing und Einführung neuer Funktionen gemeinsam mit Key Usern aus den Fachbereichen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des gruppenweiten ERP Prozesstemplates
 * 2nd Level Support sowie Beratung und Schulung von Key Usern an mehreren Standorten (inkl. gelegentlicher Vor Ort Termine)
 * Schnittstelle zwischen Prozesseignern, Key Usern und externen Systempartnern, inkl. Unterstützung bei Schnittstellen und Release-Updates
