## About the Role

## Description

* Du bist für die Installation & Administration von Server-, Netzwerk- und Security-Lösungen bei unseren Kund:innen zuständig.
 * Gemeinsam im Team betreust du zugeordnete Bestandskund:innen remote sowie Kund:innen vor Ort.
 * Im 2nd / 3rd Level Support sorgst du für eine kompetente Analyse und Abwicklung von eingehenden technischen Anfragen im Microsoft-Umfeld.
 * Du hast Verantwortung für die Planung, Leitung & Steuerung von IT-Projekten.
 * Du übernimmst das laufende System-Monitoring und die damit verbundenen Trouble-Shootings.
 * Unseren Helpdesk unterstützt du bei dem standortübergreifenden Ticket-Handling und erstellst System-Dokumentationen.
