· Administration und Betrieb der Windows-Server- und Client-Landschaft (inkl. Active Directory, GPOs, Patch-Management)

· Betreuung und Wartung von Microsoft SQL-Servern (Backups, Performance, Updates)

· Verwaltung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung: Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune

· Administration der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Cisco- und HP/Aruba-Switche, Firewalls, VLANs, WLAN)

· 1st-/2nd-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende, Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung
