* 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI and machine learning.

 * Proven experience in marketing and capital markets domains, understanding their unique challenges and requirements.

 * Proficiency in Salesforce, including Salesforce Einstein, and other Salesforce Cloud solutions.

 * Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages.

 * Familiarity with cloud architecture and deployment strategies, particularly AWS.

 * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with AWS AI and ML services, including Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Rekognition, and Amazon Comprehend.

 * Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes.

 * Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

 * Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
