o Praktische Erfahrung mit dem Einsatz KI-gestützter Werkzeuge (z. B. GitHub Copilot oder Claude Code) und agentischen Ansätzen
o Brennende Begeisterung für KI sowie die Bereitschaft, Bewährtes mutig zu hinterfragen
o Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Freude an der Vermittlung von Wissen
o Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)

## Description

o Begleitung der Teams bei der Wahl der passenden Zielplattform und des richtigen Abstraktionsgrads (z. B. Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes oder serverlose Ansätze)
o Aufbau durchgängiger, KI-gestützter CI/CD-Pipelines und Automatisierungen, die Teams schnell und sicher in die Produktivnahme bringen
o Sicherstellung eines verlässlichen Betriebs mit Observability, Monitoring und resilienten, skalierbaren Setups
o Einsatz von KI im Betrieb, um Abläufe zu automatisieren und zu optimieren (AIOps)
o Verankerung von Security und Datenschutz von Anfang an (security by design)
o Aktive Weitergabe Deines Plattform-Wissens über praktische Zusammenarbeit und Begleitung in den Teams
