We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. ## Description In this role, you will drive measurable improvements in performance and reliability for our Linux-based patient monitoring platform by building automated measurement pipelines, turning telemetry into actionable insights, and enabling Agile product teams to deliver more reliable devices for global markets. As a Software DevOps Engineer you operate at solution level within a Platform Team for patient monitoring software. You balance core DevOps responsibilities (CI/CD, orchestration, automation) with a primary mandate: design, implement and operate automated performance & reliability measurements, analyze results, and work hands-on with engineering teams to remove regressions and optimize each team's performance fingerprint. We develop and produce patient monitoring solutions for a worldwide market.
