## About the Role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or Engineering, We're looking for a design engineer who wants more than just designing. Someone who:

 * Has 4+ years of experience in product or design engineering with a strong portfolio.
 * Combines conceptual thinking with technical execution to bring products from idea to production.
 * Takes ownership and independently leads complex development projects.
 * Translates user insights into smart, scalable and beautifully designed products.
 * Understands materials, manufacturing processes and production at scale (3D printing is a strong plus).
 * Challenges assumptions, raises the technical bar and enjoys solving difficult problems.
 * Speaks fluent English (Dutch is a bonus).
 * Has a strong eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
