## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related field
 * 3+ years of experience in data engineering
 * Proven expertise in:
 + Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow)
 + SQL (T-SQL, Spark SQL) for complex transformations and performance tuning
 + Python for data processing and automation
 + Cloud platforms (Azure)
 + ETL orchestration tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory)
 * Experience with data governance, metadata management
 * Familiarity with DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines

## Description

As a Data Engineer in NN Bank's Risk Department (Data Factory team), you develop and operate scalable data platform solutions on Azure. Leveraging Databricks, SQL, Azure ADLS, and Azure Data Factory, you build robust data pipelines and data warehousing capabilities. Working with cross-functional teams, you help meet business and regulatory demands by delivering reliable, high-quality data that underpins the Bank's critical processes., As a member of NN Bank's Data Factory, you will work within the Risk (CRO) domain. Our mission is to collect and deliver high-quality data to support finance and risk processes, enabling accurate risk modelling and reporting.

Within the Data Factory, we work closely with other teams to achieve the best possible results, and colleagues are accessible, open, and willing to help. You will work in an environment where knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement are encouraged.

The team consists of diverse, international professionals with different backgrounds and areas of expertise.
