Do you thrive in an innovative engineering environment where your designs directly influence cutting-edge automation systems?, * Technical vocational qualification (MBO) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline * 3+ years of relevant experience * Strong interest in electrical design and industrial automation * Eagerness to learn and develop within a collaborative engineering team Mid-Level Engineers * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field * 4+ years of relevant experience * Experience creating and maintaining EPLAN schematics * Ability to independently execute engineering projects Senior Engineers * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field * 7+ years of relevant experience * Proven experience leading hardware engineering activities on complex projects * Strong coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership capabilities Technical Skills & Experience We're particularly interested in candidates with: * Experience with EPLAN Electrical Design * Knowledge of electrical control systems and machine hardware * Understanding of machinery directives, EMC regulations, and Performance Level requirements * Familiarity with industrial automation and machine building environments * Knowledge of mechanical and software engineering interfaces * Experience with technical documentation and design specifications * Strong planning and organisational skills * Excellent Dutch and English communication skills Who You Are You'll be successful in this role if you are: Solution-oriented and innovative Analytical with strong problem-solving skills Results-driven and quality-focused Proactive and willing to take initiative Organised and able to manage priorities effectively A strong communicator who can work across multidisciplinary teams Passionate about continuous learning and technical development ## Description As a Hardware Engineer, you'll play a key role in the design and development of electrical systems for our advanced machinery and automation solutions.
