Au moins 5 ans d'expérience SAP dans des environnements Run & Support internationaux.

Solide expertise fonctionnelle SAP Finance (FI-AP / FI-AR).

Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de fournisseurs AMS et de prestataires techniques.

Bonne maîtrise des processus ITIL

Connaissance de SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC6, ServiceNow, SAP Cloud ALM et Jira.

Anglais professionnel courant indispensable.

Leadership, capacité à challenger les équipes et forte orientation résolution de problèmes

## Description

Piloter les activités de support et de maintenance SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud et SAP ECC6.

Coordonner les équipes AMS, partenaires techniques et intégrateurs.

Superviser la gestion des incidents majeurs, problèmes, changements et demandes de service.

Assurer le suivi des SLA/KPI et la qualité des services délivrés.

Garantir la stabilité des environnements SAP et accompagner les déploiements de nouveaux pays.

Piloter les analyses de causes racines (RCA) et les plans d'amélioration continue.

Assurer la gouvernance opérationnelle des prestataires et la conformité des processus ITSM.
