## About the Role

* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent), * 3+ years' experience working with Planon (configuration or development)
 * Experience designing and developing APIs
 * Knowledge of Python scripting and development
 * Understanding of Oracle SQL (desirable)
 * Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, IBM Cognos, or similar
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Proven experience supporting systems in a CAFM or business system environment
 * Ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively

## Description

As System Support Lead, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day configuration, support, and enhancement of Planon environments, ensuring systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with operational needs., System Management & Support

 * Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of the Planon system
 * Manage workflows, modules, and data structures to meet business requirements
 * Provide hands-on support to users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
 * Assist with system updates, releases, and ongoing improvements

Integration & Development

 * Support the design, development, and rollout of API integrations
 * Work with stakeholders to enable seamless system connectivity and data exchange
 * Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integrations

Analysis & Improvement

 * Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
 * Identify and resolve technical and process issues proactively
 * Support reporting and data analysis to enhance system performance

Collaboration & Documentation

 * Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders
 * Document system configurations, processes, and integration specifications
 * Support project delivery and system implementation activities
