Essential * Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment. * Experience supporting or maintaining a Quality Management System (ISO 9001 preferred). * Experience with some of the following: * Internal auditing * CAPA * Non-conformance management * Document control * Continuous improvement * Quality systems * Strong organisational and administrative skills. * Excellent attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across the business. * Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to analyse and present data, produce clear documentation and support effective quality reporting. Desirable * Internal Auditor qualification. * Exposure to ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001., * Have you worked in Quality within a manufacturing environment? * Do you have previous experience with ISO certifications? * Do you have experience with internal/external audits? ## Description As a Quality Systems Co-ordinator at HL Display, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the company's Integrated Management System, encompassing Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Health & Safety (ISO 45001) standards. Working closely with the Quality, Environmental, and H&S Managers, you will ensure that compliance, documentation, and system processes are maintained to the highest standards across the organization. This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, not a purely administrative position. You will be responsible for supporting management systems, audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with operational teams to maintain high standards.
