## About the Role

* Proven experience working with large-scale text or conversational datasets (essential)
 * Strong background in semantic analysis / NLP (required)
 * Advanced Python and SQL skills, including building data pipelines
 * Experience collaborating with product teams and driving real business impact from data
 * Comfortable working in ambiguous, exploratory environments
 * Track record of owning projects end-to-end, from data exploration through to recommendations

Nice to Have but not required

 * Experience with dbt or modern data stack tools
 * Background in AI-first, messaging, or text-heavy platforms
 * Exposure to non-tabular / unstructured data environments

## Description

* Analyse high-volume text and conversation data to uncover meaningful patterns and user behaviours
 * Apply semantic analysis and NLP techniques to improve product performance and user experience
 * Partner closely with product and engineering teams to translate insights into actionable decisions
 * Build scalable data pipelines and analytical frameworks using Python and SQL
 * Take ownership of end-to-end analysis - from problem definition to recommendations and impact
 * Influence product direction through insight-led, exploratory analysis, not just optimisation
