The Service Desk Support role plays a pivotal role in the organisation. As a key member of the service team, you'll be responsible for logging service calls, managing contractors, and providing comprehensive client and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Efficiently log and track service calls, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

· Coordinate with contractors to schedule and oversee service tasks, maintaining quality standards and adherence to deadlines.

· Produce regular internal reports for client performance and KPI tracking

· Prepare and deliver detailed client reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations for service improvement.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

· Take part in weekend call rota on a 1 in 3 basis to maintain professional service delivery.
