* Data Migration Management

Strategy Planning Define data migration roadmaps strategies and cutover plans for MMSDCSFICO objects

 * Mapping Transformation Develop and document field mapping rules data dictionaries and transformation logic between legacy systems and SAP
 * Data Cleansing Profile legacy data identify duplicate records and define data quality standards

Data Execution Lead data load activities using SAP tools/Other third party tools

 * Validation Testing Design and execute preload and postload validation reports conduct mock conversion cycles and support UAT User Acceptance Testing
