These products support some of the most heavily trafficked financial services experiences in the world. Our team's strength is its ability to think holistically across journeys, platforms, and user needs to connect people with the guidance, tools, insights, and resources they need to make informed financial decisions and achieve greater financial well-being. The Role As a Principal Content Strategist on the Workplace Investing UXC team, you will develop content strategies and scalable solutions for NetBenefits.com and the NetBenefits mobile app, helping participants understand and act on workplace benefits, retirement planning, and financial wellness opportunities. You'll translate complex financial concepts into intuitive, actionable experiences that guide participants as they discover benefits, evaluate options, and make informed decisions about their financial future. Working closely with Product, Design, Research, and Legal, Risk & Compliance partners, you'll own content strategy across key participant experiences.
