Under the general direction of IT Supervisor II, the Software Manual Tester will be responsible for for performing manual testing activities for software systems. The following are the essential duties and/or responsibilities of the ITT position: * Perform manual software testing activities in an Agile environment, including System, Functional, Integration, End-to-End, Usability, and Accessibility testing. * Plan testing activities, design test cases, and execute tests while following established testing standards and best practices. * Conduct system validation and data verification to ensure application accuracy and reliability. * Prepare detailed documentation, including test results and defect reports.
