An equivalent combination of education and experience will always be considered. * 10+ years of database management experience * Database Administration certifications desired * Strong database design, development, management and SQL knowledge * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong knowledge of both Microsoft SQL and Oracle Platforms are desirable * Ability to work in direct, professional, contact with a wide variety of staff daily * Ability to travel locally and work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays if needed * Ability to organize, prioritize and accurately work under pressure to meet the needs of CFCU ## Description The Senior Database Administrator is primary responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of the organization's database environment. This role takes a broader view of standards, scalability, and automation. You'll also spend your time mentoring more junior database administrators on database management practices and assisting other team members in the areas of data analysis, data conversion, data cleansing, report writing and generation, as well as electronic forms mapping.
