## Description

Peak Performers has partnered with a Texas State Agency to assist in their search for a hybrid Enterprise Data Architect in Austin, Tx. In this contract position, you will be responsible for evaluating the needs for the agency for next the generation data warehouse platform., * Define the execution approach for the exercise

 * Develop the agency's data management organization's customer engagement strategy
 * Assist in the definition of the agency's data management organization structure
 * Assist in the development of detailed execution plans along with costing
 * Assist in the technology selection process
 * Anticipate bottlenecks, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and provide escalation management.
 * Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities.
 * Use organizational, presentation, and customer service skills to get buy in from the business.
