Experience: * hands-on fiber optic installation: 3 years (Required) * working in large-scale data center environments: 1 year (Required) ## Description We are seeking an experienced Data Center Fiber / Infrastructure Lead to support installation, maintenance, and operational activities within large-scale data center environments. This role serves as a key point of coordination between customers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with a high level of quality. The ideal candidate has hands-on fiber installation experience, experience working in large data centers, and a proven track record of leading teams in customer-facing environments. This individual should be comfortable providing guidance to technicians, overseeing work quality, removing operational obstacles, and ensuring customer expectations are met.
