## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
 * Professional Engineer (PE) licence required.
 * 8+ years of electrical engineering experience.
 * Previous experience designing mission-critical, data center infrastructure projects.
 * Strong understanding of medium-voltage distribution, emergency power systems and critical electrical infrastructure.
 * Experience using Revit, AutoCAD and SKM or ETAP.
 * Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
 * Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Highly Desirable

 * Hyperscale data center experience.
 * Experience with large campus developments exceeding 50MW.
 * Commissioning or site support experience.
 * Knowledge of Uptime Institute and mission-critical design principles.
 * Consulting engineering background., * data center electrical design: 3 years (Required)

## Description

* Lead electrical design for hyperscale and enterprise data center projects.
 * Produce and review electrical engineering calculations, reports, specifications and construction drawings.
 * Design medium-voltage and low-voltage power distribution systems.
 * Develop one-line diagrams, equipment layouts and electrical distribution concepts.
 * Design critical power infrastructure including UPS systems, generators, switchgear and ATS.
 * Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities with mechanical, structural and civil teams.
 * Attend client meetings and provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.
 * Review shop drawings, RFIs and technical submittals.
 * Support commissioning and construction administration activities.
 * Mentor graduate and junior electrical engineers.
 * Ensure designs comply with NEC, NFPA, IEEE and applicable industry standards.
 * Support business development through technical presentations and proposal input where required.
