As help desk support, you'll have the opportunity to serve as a point of contact for hardware maintenance for servers, desktop workstations, network infrastructure, and users throughout the enterprise., * Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve basic network and system software and hardware issues * Log all help desk interactions and prepare activity reports * Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention * Manage and maintain user and inventory database * Stay current with system information, changes and updates * Establish user profiles, environments, directories, and required network, The noise level in the work environment is moderate. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
