## About the Role

* At least 10 years experience as an SAP Development Consultant
 * Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling
 * At least 7 full SAP BTP Integration Suite implementations.
 * Had responsibility for the development of offerings, go to market strategy etc.
 * Certified SAP BTP, SAP Business AI
 * Certified in at least 1 other SAP discipline - can be functional or technical or project management
 * Published at least 1 white paper or blog in the last 12 months
 * Excellent written and oral communications
 * Experience working with C-Suite stakeholders

## Description

Lead the Business Technology Platform global team and manage all R&D within the GBL. Provide insight and expertise in all areas of SAP development and innovation. Be prepared to be hands-on and participate in the development of innovations when required. Be responsible for and govern the innovation "funnel" ensuring tight budget control and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities

 * Manage 4 multi-million € R&D projects and staff
 * Work with the CTO on Innovation strategy
 * Assist with pre-sales and bids in GEOs.
 * Prepare and publish blogs and whitepapers.
 * Actively engage with senior leaders in key customers to promote offerings and embed new features requested by customers
