* Bac+5 minimum (ingénieur, doctorat apprécié) en informatique, mathématiques ou data science
 * 5+ ans d'expérience en conseil ou delivery IA/data, dont expérience secteur bancaire ou financier
 * Maîtrise des LLM, ML classique, MLOps ; connaissance des enjeux data bancaires (RGPD, secret bancaire)
 * Expérience avérée d'animation de formations ou d'ateliers pour dirigeants et opérationnels
 * Français courant ; anglais professionnel

## Description

* Réaliser un diagnostic de maturité IA (données, processus, gouvernance).
 * Identifier et prioriser les cas d'usage bancaires : scoring crédit, détection de fraude, KYC/LCB-FT, automatisation back-office, agents conversationnels clients.
 * Concevoir et animer des parcours de formation IA adaptés par population : COMEX, métiers (risques, conformité, commercial), DSI.
 * Encadrer la mise en production de POC (approche "Penser. Prouver. Déployer.").
 * Assurer la conformité AI Act et exigences du régulateur (BCEAO / ACPR selon zone).
