## Description

* Définir et suivre la roadmap SIRH en lien avec les enjeux de l'entreprise
 * Mettre en place une gouvernance efficace et des indicateurs de pilotage adaptés
 * Garantir la conformité des outils et la sécurité des données RH
 * Organiser les flux de demandes et coordonner les échanges entre RH, DSI et partenaires externes
 * Manager une équipe SIRH pluridisciplinaire et accompagner la

montée en compétences

 * Superviser les prestataires et assurer la qualité des projets livrés
 * Piloter les projets de transformation SIRH (déploiement, migration, optimisation)
 * Accompagner les utilisateurs dans le changement et développer les outils d'analyse RH
