* Unterstützung der Klinikmitarbeitenden (1st/2nd Level Support) bei IT-Störungen
 * Dokumentation von Tickets, Änderungen und Systemzuständen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von PCs, Laptops, Thin Clients, Druckern und mobilen Geräten
 * Fehleranalyse und proaktive Störungsbehebung im laufenden Klinikbetrieb
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung von Software und Betriebssystemen
 * Unterstützung bei Netzwerk- und Kommunikationssystemen (LAN/WLAN, Telefonie, DECT)
 * Einweisung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden in IT-Systeme
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten
 * Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzvorgaben
 * Teilnahme an der 24 7 IT-Rufbereitschaft
