 * Zertifizierung als Scrum Master sowie Zertifizierung im SAFe-Framework (PSM I/II, CSM und SSM, SASM, SA), * Erfahrung im Aufbau agiler Strukturen, Rollenmodelle und Arbeitsweisen in neu formierten oder wachsenden Entwicklungsteams (ab 5 Jahre)
