 * Erfahrung mit Schnittstellentechnologien (z. B. IDoc, XML, Webservices)
 * Kenntnisse im Monitoring und in der Jobsteuerung/Batches (UC4)
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Problemlösungskompetenz
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft

## Description

* Unterstützung beim Betrieb weiterer SAP Module aus dem Bereich Banking/Financial Services (Payment Solutions, Payment Engine, Deposit Management)
 * Überwachung der Systeme und Kreditprozesse (Monitoring, Jobsteuerung, Fehlerhandling)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Incidents im 2nd Level Support inkl. Root Cause Analyse
 * Verarbeitung und Analyse von Geschäftsvorfällen im Einlagenumfeld (z. B. Kontobewegungen, Zinsläufe, Periodenabschlüsse)
 * Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Batchläufen sowie Sicherstellung der termingerechten Verarbeitung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Rechenzentrum und externen Dienstleistern
 * Durchführung von Transporten sowie Unterstützung bei Releasewechseln und Wartungsfenstern
 * Pflege von Betriebsdokumentationen, Runbooks und Notfallkonzepten
 * Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Betriebsprozessen und Automatisierung
