 * Du bearbeitest Tickets unter Berücksichtigung von SLAs
 * Du beseitigst Störungen im 1st & 2nd Level Support oder leitest sie ggf. an nachgelagerte Einheiten weiter
 * Du nimmst Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder an unserem Kundentresen auf und bearbeitest diese
 * Du pflegst die Asset-Daten
 * Du unterstützt bei IT-Projekten
 * Du optimierst kontinuierlich die Betriebsprozesse und Strukturen
