## Description

* Koordinierungstätigkeiten, u. a.:
 + Einsatz der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), Arbeitsverteilung, Arbeitsablauf und Einsatz der Arbeitsmittel planen
 + Planung und Entwicklung von Prozessen zur Nutzung einschlägiger Software im Bereich Schulen
 + Schulung und Beratung der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)
 * Systembetreuung von Anwendungsprogrammen auf Clients und Servern
 * Systemautomatisierung z. B. durch Skripte, RMM Systeme etc.
 * Anwenderberatung und Anwendersupport
 * Einführung neuer Anwender Soft- und Hardware
 * Fehleranalyse im Bereich Soft- und Hardware
 * Wartung von Endgeräten, Terminal Servern mit Thin- und FAT-Clients
 * Installation von Software, Softwareupdates und Patches
