 * Gute Kenntnisse in Softwarearchitektur, Schnittstellendesign und Systemintegration
 * Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe soziale Kompetenz und bereichsübergreifendes Denken
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption, Architektur, Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Softwarekomponenten für die nächste Generation von Rohrpoststeuerungen
 * Strukturierte Verwaltung und kontinuierliche Pflege der Software-Repositories (z. B. Git)
 * Umsetzung von Kunden- und Projektanforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen
 * Planung, Priorisierung sowie effiziente Verteilung und Steuerung der Entwicklungsaufgaben
 * Fachliche Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Softwareteams
