* Analyse, Bearbeitung und Lösung komplexer technischer Incidents und Service Requests nach ITIL
 * Deployment und Betrieb von SaaS-Produkten der msg Gruppe
 * Überwachung der Plattform sowie proaktive Fehleranalyse und -behebung
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, DevOps und 3rd-Level-Support zur nachhaltigen Problemlösung
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen, Workarounds und Betriebsprozessen
 * Durchführung von Changes
 * Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten
 * Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Betriebs- und Supportprozesse
