Wir suchen eine technisch versierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team im 2nd-Level-Support für cmxOrganize unterstützt. cmxOrganize ist ein digitales Cloud-System für Bildungsanbieter und verbindet zentrale Arbeitsbereiche wie Planung, Verwaltung, Kommunikation, Fakturierung, Dokumentenmanagement, Internetauftritt und Reporting in einer Lösung.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen, die Analyse von Fehlern und die Unterstützung bei komplexeren Supportfällen. Du prüfst gemeldete Probleme, grenzen Ursachen ein, dokumentieren Lösungen und arbeiten eng mit Entwicklung, Projektmanagement und Kundenbetreuung zusammen. Dabei hilfst Du mit, den stabilen Betrieb unserer Software sicherzustellen und Anwender bei technischen Fragestellungen zuverlässig zu unterstützen.
