## About the Role

* Idealerweise eine Ausbildung in der IT (z.B. als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), etc.)
 * Gute IT- und Hardwarekenntnisse, Allrounder im Workplace-Umfeld (insb. HP, Lenovo, Drucker)
 * Erste Kenntnisse in Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad) und in Windows 10 / Windows 11
 * Erfahrung im Großkunden-/Enterprise-Umfeld und im Arbeiten mit Incident-Ticketsystemen (ITSM), idealerweise ServiceNow
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
 * Körperlich belastbar: in der Lage, mehr als 5 kg zu tragen
 * Bereitschaft, in einem 3 Schichtsystem zu arbeiten
 * Führerschein Klasse B, Schaltwagen erforderlich

## Description

* Anwender-Support vor Ort sowie remote bei Fragen und Störungen rund um iPhone/iPad, Mobile Devices, Scanner und IT-Workplace-Hardware
 * Durchführung von IMAC-D- und Break-&-Fix-Tätigkeiten im Workplace- sowie Factory/Shopfloor-Umfeld
 * Installation/Betankung, Rollout, Lieferung und Aufbau von PCs/Notebooks, Monitoren, Druckern und Kleinperipherie
 * Ticketbearbeitung und Dokumentation im ITSM-Tool (idealerweise ServiceNow), * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
 * Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
 * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
 * Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
 * Vergütung nach Equal-Pay-Modell
 * Mitarbeiterempfehlungsprogramm
 * Langfristige Kundeneinsätze
