* Strong experience working in a 3rd Line IT Support / Infrastructure role
 * Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory & core infrastructure technologies
 * Experience supporting cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure
 * Strong networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, routing, and firewalls
 * Experience working on technical escalations, infrastructure upgrades, and project delivery
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
 * MSP experience is highly desirable
