Working alongside a team of Product Owners and platform specialists, you'll gather and refine business requirements, produce functional specifications, and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements and new capabilities. This is a business-facing role within a largely automated environment, ideally suited to someone who enjoys translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Due to the complexity of the platforms, you'll receive ongoing mentoring and support from a Senior Platform Specialist, together with dedicated training and knowledge transfer to help you build expertise and confidence in the role. Please note: This is not a software development role. The focus is on requirements gathering, business analysis, specification writing, stakeholder management, and product delivery rather than coding.
