We trust our engineers to think commercially and act in the client's best interest * Well-organised, methodical, able to handle projects as well as support tickets * Clear written communication skills, especially for documentation and client communication., * IT support: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (required) ## Description We're looking for a capable, IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a passion for problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to customer service. If you enjoy variety, thrive on independence, and love tackling real-world IT issues, this role will place you at the centre of our service delivery. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support, handling challenges with patience, professionalism, and a proactive approach. We're a small but ambitious MSP, and this role is a key part of our expansion.
