## About the Role

* Minimum 2 years' experience within an IT Support, Service Desk or MSP environment
 * Strong Microsoft 365 support and administration experience
 * Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
 * Working knowledge of Windows Server
 * Networking troubleshooting experience
 * Experience supporting end users in a customer-facing environment
 * Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Experience

 * Microsoft Azure
 * Microsoft Intune
 * Entra ID (Azure AD)
 * Microsoft Defender
 * Microsoft Copilot deployment and support
 * Cybersecurity solutions and best practices
 * VoIP and Teams Telephony
 * VMware and/or Hyper-V
 * Firewall administration
 * Network design and implementation
 * Backup and disaster recovery platforms, * Full UK Right to Work
 * Full, clean and valid UK Driving Licence
 * Comfortable travelling to customer sites

## Description

Working across a range of client environments, you will provide both remote and on-site support, ensuring excellent service delivery and helping customers maximise the value of their technology investments, * Providing 1st, 2nd and some 3rd Line IT support

 * Supporting Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
 * Supporting and administering Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions
 * Managing Windows Server environments and Active Directory
 * Supporting Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure
 * Installing, configuring and troubleshooting networks, firewalls and wireless solutions
 * Deploying and supporting desktops, laptops and mobile devices
 * Diagnosing hardware, software and connectivity issues
 * Implementing cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection solutions
 * Supporting backup, disaster recovery and business continuity platforms
 * Performing client site visits and project work
 * Maintaining technical documentation and customer records
