Desirable Experience * Experience within the charity, health or social care sector. * Knowledge of Access products such as People Planner or Care Planner. * Experience with BrightPay or similar payroll/HR systems. * Understanding of information security principles., * Kind, reliable, compassionate, and honest * Calm under pressure * A genuine desire to support others * Commitment to SIL's values: Partnership, Respect, Innovation, Diversity, Equality, Strength-based Other requirements * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle * Flexibility, including occasional unsocial hours * DBS check required ## Description Services for Independent Living (SIL) is a well-established Herefordshire charity supporting people to live independently in their own homes and communities. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Support Officer to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract, working 30 - 37.5 hours per week, to help us maximise the value of our technology and systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting colleagues, improving processes, and making a real impact through technology. You'll work across the organisation, helping staff use systems effectively while driving improvements that support the delivery of high-quality care services., As our IT Support Officer, you will be the go-to person for day-to-day IT support and systems administration.
