 * Technical Strength: Advanced SQL / T-SQL experience, with deep knowledge of MS SQL Server.

## Description

We are partnering with a market-leading healthcare data services provider. As they enter an exciting phase of growth, they are looking for a client-facing Data Migration Consultant to join their high-performing delivery team. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical consultant for internal and external stakeholders, managing the safe, compliant, and end-to-end migration of complex clinical and operational data from legacy environments into modern platforms., * Client Advisory: Act as a core technical point of contact for the end clients, running workshops and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

 * Data Profiling & Mapping: Analyse and understand source data structures within legacy healthcare systems to design robust transformation, cleansing, and validation strategies.
 * Solution Delivery: Support the development of ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure absolute data integrity and clinical safety compliance.
 * Problem Solving: Proactively identify, triage, and resolve intricate data quality issues during active migration phases.
 * Project Governance: Provide technical delivery estimates, track progress, and manage risks effectively for internal and external stakeholders.
