Desirable skills and experience: * A second language and/or experience in the translation industry is desirable, * Experience working with (or within) a contact centre and/or an Operations department would be beneficial, as well as any previous work with a CRM system or AWS Connect. * Previous experience of working in a multi-national and multi-lingual organisation would be desirable. * As a Product Analyst may report to this position, line management experience is desirable in order to manage workloads, set daily, weekly and monthly targets, and maintain performance. ## Description Global Streaming Platform team develop and supports market-leading video streaming services, underpinned by state-of-the-art engineering principles. What you'll do As the Product Owner, you'll have a key role working between the business and global technology teams. You'll be responsible for defining business requirements, scoping product enhancements and driving changes to all centrally supported markets.
