## Description

A well-established professional services organisation in South Manchester is looking for an IT Support Technician to join its internal IT team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with IT support experience who wants to build on their technical skills in a structured environment, working across a wide mix of systems, users, and day-to-day tech challenges.

What you'll be doing

 * Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and face-to-face
 * Setting up and managing user accounts, permissions, and passwords
 * Troubleshooting hardware, software, and general infrastructure issues
 * Supporting desktops, printers, and telecoms systems
 * Assisting with system monitoring, backups, and antivirus updates
 * Helping onboard new starters, including IT setup and basic user training
 * Working with third-party suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues
 * Keeping IT asset records up to date (hardware, software, mobile devices)
