## Description

* Agile & Clean-Code Leadership - Lead Agile practices and champion clean-coding standards across the product lifecycle, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
 * Technical Direction - Drive architectural and technical strategy, ensuring the team understands and implements core engineering concepts.
 * Architectural Decision-Making - Make significant system-level decisions that support performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
 * Business Context Alignment - Translate business objectives into technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
End-to-End Solution Ownership - Maintain system reliability, resolve production issues, and contribute directly to product development velocity.

 * Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with designers, product managers, and other engineers in an Agile environment.
 * ADMS Product Suite Alignment - Ensure all software engineering work aligns with the Emerson / OSI / AspenTech ADMS product suite, including architectural consistency, integration patterns, and product-specific technical standards.
 * Additional Responsibilities - Perform other duties as assigned to support product and organizational needs.
