This role is responsible for coordinating the integration, commissioning, operational readiness, and ingestion activities required to transition a data center from construction completion into stable operations. Acting as the primary field representative for the Systems Integration organization, the Systems Integration Commissioning Manager provides day-to-day coordination between Engineering, Construction, Commissioning Agents, Controls & Automation, Enterprise Architecture, Business Operations, AI Infrastructure, Operations, and third-party vendors. The role ensures technical deliverables, Operational Readiness (OR) gate requirements, documentation, integration validation, telemetry readiness, operational procedures, and evidence packages are completed accurately and on schedule. The Systems Integration Commissioning Manager owns site-level execution of the Systems Integration program while enabling the Sr. Director of Systems Integration & Operational Readiness to govern the portfolio at an enterprise level.
