Must be a professional with strong work ethic and comfortable working as part of a team that includes all levels of the organization. ## Description The IT Manager is a hands-on, people-centered technology leader responsible for overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business intelligence across U.S. and U.K. locations. This role blends day-to-day operational leadership with strategic planning and is designed as a growth opportunity for an experienced IT manager ready to expand into a broader leadership role over time. The organization operates in an aerospace manufacturing environment supporting both Military and Commercial programs, requiring strong discipline around cybersecurity, compliance (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ITAR/EAR), and reliable service delivery. A key focus of this role is advancing data-driven decision-making by building and enabling a scalable Power BI reporting framework that leadership can trust.
