Equivalent experience may be considered. * 8+ years of professional experience in Integrated Logistics Support, Product Support Management, or related defense logistics roles. * Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, sustainment phases, and applicable logistics standards (e.g., MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-HDBK-502). * Experience preparing and managing logistics deliverables in accordance with contract requirements. * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex sustainment efforts. * Experience working with government customers, primes, or direct DoD programs. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings, system specifications, and technical documentation. * Excellent communication, briefing, and customer engagement skills. * Active DoD Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Logistics, Systems Engineering, Program Management, or related field. * DAU/DAWIA certification in Life Cycle Logistics (Level II/III). * Active DoD Top Secret security clearance. * Experience supporting training systems, simulators, or defense hardware production. * Familiarity with LPD/LSAR tools and logistics databases. * Certified Product Support Manager (PSM) or equivalent credential. * Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and developing BOEs. ## Description Long Wave Inc is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Support Manager to lead Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning, execution, and sustainment activities for advanced training systems and defense-related products.
