On-the-job firmware work experience and job skills training in lieu of a 2-year college diploma is acceptable. The minimum educational level expectation is a high school diploma or has passed GED (General Educational Development) examinations. * Minimum 2 years' work experience as a technician in a product development test environment preferred. 2 years' work experience requirement can be waived/reduced depending on education qualifications, skillset, industry standard certifications or other related industry work experience. ## Description We are currently hiring a Technician 2 to support our global client's Firmware Supplies Team onsite in Vancouver, WA. This role is technical in nature and the ideal candidate would benefit from experience in an ever-evolving R&D team culture. This is a full-time, onsite, long-term position with Monday-Friday day shift hours. You must reside locally to the client-site in Vancouver, Washington, and must already be eligible for employment in the US without visa sponsorship. * Performs manual and automated firmware tests to determine the functionality of mechanical or computer equipment.
