## About the Role

* Professionally solved challenges for full-stack application development and implementation over the last three or more years with:
 * Java, Spring / Spring Boot, advanced experience in a JavaScript framework, SQL, Rest APIs, microservices
 * Experience with React or comparable modern frontend framework
 * Develops unit tests (JUnit/Spock) and uses version control
 * Collaborative attitude and a willingness to work with team members
 * Learning agility - learns quickly when facing new problems, is a versatile learner open to change and driven to pick up new tech through research and investigation
 * Self-motivated, driven, and interested in innovating within an established stack
 * Comfortable working in an agile team and collaborating closely with technical and non-technical partners

Preferred

 * AWS experience -the team's stack trends toward AWS
 * Kafka or other event-driven / messaging experience
 * MuleSoft
 * Exposure to automated testing frameworks, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, CI/CD

## Description

* Develop, maintain, test, and integrate applications and systems that support business operations
 * Apply software engineering and test automation practices across the full software life cycle - from definition and development through maintenance and optimization
 * Build applications, APIs, and data solutions that drive real business implementations
 * Maintain a customer-focused, product mindset in developing the best possible end-user experience
 * Develop automated test solutions to ensure high-quality code delivery; implement test automation processes and follow through on results
 * Execute standards-based interface development for web-based applications and contribute to internal development standards
 * Advocate for user-centered design across the organization
 * Collaborate closely with business and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle
 * Participate in agile ceremonies, including three-week sprints and quarterly PI planning
 * Complete a live technical coding exercise as part of the interview process - a straightforward exercise designed to confirm fundamentals and learning ability
