Bonus Skills and Experience * Experience planning and executing cloud migration initiatives, including migrating on-premises infrastructure, applications, and services to Microsoft Azure. * Experience designing and implementing hybrid cloud architectures utilizing Microsoft Azure and on-premises infrastructure. * Experience modernizing Microsoft IIS/.NET applications through containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (AKS or on-premises Kubernetes). * Experience with enterprise cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, and security governance in highly regulated environments. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Sr. IT Admin to manage the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the Company's technology infrastructure and ensure the reliable operation of its IT systems and services. This hands-on role requires a strong technical background and a proactive approach to managing networks, servers, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and end-user support. The IT Manager will troubleshoot complex technical issues, implement technology improvements, and help drive initiatives that enhance system performance, security, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving technical challenges, and delivering exceptional support to employees while maintaining a secure and reliable technology environment.
